Friggin Murphy's Law

Is it just me?
No matter what I attempt to do online, Things that everyone else has NO PROBLEM WITH, turn into a night mare!
Example:
I wanted to order a Blue Yeti microphone for my home studio..Simple Right? I researched it, found the best price,....THEN...(and this is probably where I start getting off course)...I notice NCIX, Local, 2 blocks from my house, Has a price match Guarantee . Perfect right?.. NOT SO!
#1. You can only apply for price match online....NO PROBLEM
I go to NCIX sign up for membership, recieve e-mail confirmation instantly..(This is goin great!) ..Confirm my membership...fill my shopping cart,..go to checkout,..O.K. here is where you apply for a price match.
To apply for price match... ENTER ..username and password
PIECE OF CAKE ...I'm a member!..HA! here's what I get...

How can that be...try again...same thing...NO PROBLEM.

Go back to NCIX home ...sign in with username and password login... PERFECT..
TRY Again ...SAME THING ...I don't exist
Go back to NCIX home....sign in with username and password login...
PERFECT..
Maybe I should contact customer service?

Now I have a couple of options here....Let's see

A friend ordered one ....said he had NO PROBLEMS...recieved it in 3 days ...3 days later he got another one ...SAME ORDER #..He was only billed for one ....even recieved a letter from customer service asking if he was satisfied with the sercvice ...WTF!!!

I"M GREEN WITH ENVY ....MAYBE IT IS JUST ME...
